Proactive Search

This means finding candidates through a combination of headhunting, referrals and recommendations and is proven to be the most successful way of capturing the right candidates. These candidates are generally not actively seeking employment so are not on the job market. Often specific markets and geographics need to be mapped out which is a complicated process and requires experience and a sound understanding of the relevant sector.

Database

We hold several thousand candidates’ records on file which are regularly updated by our team to ensure that we can act immediately when the right position becomes available.

Advertising

We have continually invested in our brand exposure and regularly advertise in leading trade publications including Money Marketing and the Financial Adviser. We also utilise specific on-line job boards and take advantage of the popularity of social networking sites such as Linked-in and Twitter to complement our services.
