As a financial services recruitment consultancy we aim to provide the best possible service to all of our candidates. In order for our candidates to have complete faith in the service we offer we will:
- allocate you a specific consultant who will co-ordinate all approaches on your behalf
- always be friendly and helpful when you speak with us
- listen closely to your requirements before making any recommendations to you
- respect the confidentially of the information you provide us at all times
- construct a CV on your behalf in order to introduce you to one of our clients, where applicable
- never discriminate against you because of your race, religion, sex or age
- represent you in an independent capacity seeking to source you the most suitable placement
- never send out your details to a client without your express permission
- prepare you for all interviews and assessments to the best of our ability
- negotiate any offer on your behalf to secure the best possible package for you
- recommend other reputable recruitment consultancies / job boards, if we are unable to place you
