Our Employee Benefits division specialises in sourcing and placing candidates in the mid to senior level market across corporate pensions, employee benefits, in-house and consultancy roles.

Our division is capably led by Zoe Priselac, a specialist employee benefits consultant who has worked on placing and sourcing senior level candidates – including board level – across actuarial, consultancy, ‘in-house’, ‘employee benefits’ and corporate IFA areas.  Having worked with both major companies and niche/regional firms, Zoe has a firm grasp of the market and also applies her wider knowledge of the financial services market when recruiting for specific roles.

Recognised as a highly specialised market, we work on a consultative basis to meet the specific requirements of our clients and candidates using our market knowledge and the most suitable selection methods for a particular role. This may mean adopting a highly focused search amongst particular companies, or interrogating our database for the right candidate.
