Senior Reporting Actuary - Life Office
If you are a qualified Reporting actuary, this could be the role for you. Offering an opportunity to get stuck in with IFRS, MCEV, and Solvency II reporting, this Life office is known for having a buzz and making an impact. They are currently looking for a new, permanent Actuary to join the Reporting team.
About the Role
You will get involved with change initiatives that are improving the way Reporting is produced. Part of your role will focus on figuring out where changes can be made and running with these, to improve the overall efficiency of the business.
The work you will be involved with covers hedging, capital raising, assets, new business, solvency, sensitivity to assumptions, etc. This means you need to know how to explain the results you are producing, to others without technical actuarial knowledge.
You will present to senior internal and external stakeholders, as well as supporting other teams with actuarial Reporting queries.
- Qualified actuary holding FIA status or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 years PQE
- Strong understanding of DB Pensions and Bulk Annuities markets
- Reporting experience across Solvency II, IFRS, and MCEV
