Employed Financial Adviser - Salary up to £45000 + Bonus + Benefits.



Are you a Financial Adviser looking to deliver wholistic advice backed by the strength and security of one of the UK’s largest advice firms? Working in direct partnership with some of the country’s leading building societies.

You will be provided with a client bank and additionally, will have all leads provided, and support given so you can continue to grow your client bank through referrals and new business. You will have full paraplanning and administrative support, so your time, and focus is Advising your clients. So, if you’re looking for a full-time, employed financial advisory role working a hybrid pattern, then this is the role for you.


You’ll be providing tailored, financial advice solutions that meet customers’ protection, investment, and retirement planning needs.

Want to apply?


The successful candidate must have:


  • Level 4 Diploma (DipFA) as a minimum
  • Any of the following qualifications would be advantageous but not essential: AF3, AF7, JO5, G60, CF6, CeMAP.
  • Current or recent competent adviser status (CAS) for financial advice
  • Knowledge and experience of having provided investment, protection, and pension solutions
  • Experience as a Financial Adviser within the financial services industry, we may consider advisers from a tied background
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Driving license and ability to travel
