Are you someone who is influential and quite the motivator?Do you actively look to make continuous improvements?Will you take the lead to encourage your staff to improve alongside you? If this sounds like you, we are looking for a Team Leader to manage a busy Pensions Administration Team for a consultancy firm in Scotland.As a Team Leader some of your responsibilities will include: 

  • Overseeing the team to ensure everyone is working effectively, efficiently and achieves key performance indicator
  • Supporting individuals on their development and ensuring completion of Career Development Reviews (CDRs)
  • Leading project work and keeping an overview of budgets and fees across your team
  • Regularly communicating financial information, staff updates, business plan progress, client news etc.
  • Being the principal contact for your list of clients - managing and delegating DB and DC client work
  • Presenting in Trustee meetings and liaising with the Administration Manager
  • Maintaining good working knowledge of all systems and products as well as providing technical training and guidance to your team
