Wealth Planning Team Leader - Private Bank

We are working closely with a high profile Private Bank on a large expansion project and are seeking 4 Team Leaders across London and the South East. This is an exciting time in their history and demonstrates significant commitment to expanding their wealth planning capabilities. 

They are seeking energetic and motivated leaders who can drive performance through new teams of Wealth Planners. The role will encompass sales leadership, coaching and development, key stakeholder management and T&C. 

Being a new proposition, the Team Leaders will have the opportunity to impact the shape and development of this new proposition, collaborating with senior management on improvements and opportunities. 

Candidates will ideally have experience leading financial planning teams in a corporate environment, though they would consider senior advisers looking to move into management.
